Stress course for individuals

Your day will be an opportunity for you to explore stress and how it manifests itself in your world. Working with others, you will discuss what stress looks like and consider ways of dealing with it which will work for you. Although this is a serious topic, the day is designed to be interactive, enlightening and fun. There will be a small amount of pre-course work which will help delegates to explore their own signs of stress. All the group work from the day will be captured in photographs and sent to you afterwards as a permanent reminder of the day.
