External Relations Division of a Northern University ... We were looking for an organisation to assist us improving the service the Division provides our internal and external customers and to each other. They have not only designed and delivered our annual away days but also supported the set up of working groups to achieve improvement plans, attended our departmental development meeting as well as providing email and telephone support. I really enjoyed yesterday and gained a lot from it. Training days are always more memorable when there’s activities to complete, I enjoyed making the rollercoaster!

I’ve been to a (supposedly) marketing seminar today – I left early as I was utterly bored and it didn’t relate to marketing at all!

“We appointed a brand new team of managers as part of a major change in the way we manage our sheltered housing schemes. The success of the changes we were making was of crucial importance to us and we were putting this new team into a situation where they were very much under the spotlight. I recently arranged two training courses through Mel Ashworth at First class. The first course covered Manual handling awareness for warehouse staff and sales staff. The content was comprehensive well put together and feed back from participating staff was excellent.

The second course covered dealing with difficult situations and people; again the content was excellent, very informative with a touch of fun thrown in through role play. On both occasions participating staff received very impressive personalised certificates. I would highly recommend First Class to other members
