What is he like as a facilitator?
"I thought the course was brilliant and Derek was excellent, both in delivery and knowledge of course. Derek is a great presenter and keeps the group actively involved throughout the course".
Rebecca Booby, Macmillan Cancer Relief

"Very informative. Very good tutor who had very good case studies to illustrate points. Kept all delegates’ attention. Relaxed atmosphere. Encouraged everyone to join in".
Allyson Maryon, Skills Insight

"10/10 for the speaker - excellent presentation, pitched just right"
Carol Stone, HR Manager, Shakespeares Solicitors

The training course was very thorough; supported by excellent handouts and knowledgeable trainer. The style was open – question / answer / debate style encouraged participation. Short quizzes were a good way of testing knowledge. Delegate from CIPD workshop

Because it was extremely informative, well delivered and will be of use to me in my workplace. The event itself would have rated highly anyway, the reason it scored a 10/10 was because of the excellent delivery of the subject by Derek Eccleston. Delegate from CIPD workshop
