Graham Field

Graham is a passionate trainer, coach and facilitator who focuses his training on delivering theory in an easy to understand way while shifting the emphasis to a more practical “how can I apply this when I’m back at work?” approach. He believes that training, at its best, is the result of working hand in hand with organisations to truly understand what will make the biggest impact on participants and, ultimately, the organisation itself.
Areas of Expertise – management and leadership training, team development and the facilitation of teams to create a mutual purpose and realistic plan of action. Coaching, performance management, creativity, using a facilitative approach to define great service and practical project management.
What people say about him as a facilitator:
“Graham has worked with the service on two different occasions, both of which involved trying to galvanise the dormant creativity of staff. He has produced very positive results on both occasions, particularly the most recent. This involved facilitating the annual staff conference. Evidence of the impact of his input and facilitation is evident in the ways in which senior staff have adopted some of his techniques in the planning of work for the coming year. He has made a difference and was a pleasure to work with!”
Lancashire County Council Library Service

Graham makes a HUGE difference and does it in a calm, personable, trustworthy way. I would wholeheartedly recommend Graham to any company that needs help with their thinking.”
