Sian Case

First Class - Sian Case

MSc in Training, MCIPD, M. Inst Management

Sian is a committed facilitator of learning; for individuals through to large, organisation wide programmes. She passionately believes that learning should be immediately relevant, fun and deeply thought provoking. Her aim is to enable clients to develop their own solutions to evolving challenges and sustain that learning through new challenges. She is the author of: Leading Change in Schools, a Practical Handbook, described as “ ....excellent for leading change in any organisation” by a Director of a retail HR function.

Areas of expertise: Change management; leading teams through change; facilitating large and small scale conferences and focus groups; coaching for improved business effectiveness; action learning sets; communication and management skills; job search coaching and support for organisations needing to make redundancies

What people say about her as a facilitator

“Such a light touch on the tiller and such authority"
Director | Education

Very effective; provided guidance and support when needed to keep group interested and enthusiastic. A sense of humour was also appreciated.
Manager | Vodafone

Very clear, very energised and very helpful.
Manager | Property Services

Many thanks for your work with us. Upon quiet reflection since the course I realised how helpful it was. The training has considerably strengthened my understanding of the change process and will help me lead it rather than manage it as I sometimes have in the past. I’ve already had need to apply some of the ideas.
Manager | Financial Services

Sian was everything she taught us to be, she is very enthusiastic and delivered the material in a way that was easy to understand.
Manager | Retail

Clients Sian has worked with include:
Accord Housing Association, Birmingham City Council, BT, Coventry City Council, Delphi Automotive, Department for Children, Schools and Families, Law Society, Marks and Spencer, National College for School Leadership, Training and Development Agency and numerous Headteachers and school leadership teams
