“We appointed a brand new team of managers as part of a major change in the way we manage our sheltered housing schemes. The success of the changes we were making was of crucial importance to us and we were putting this new team into a situation where they were very much under the spotlight. I recently arranged two training courses through Mel Ashworth at First class. The first course covered Manual handling awareness for warehouse staff and sales staff. The content was comprehensive well put together and feed back from participating staff was excellent.

The second course covered dealing with difficult situations and people; again the content was excellent, very informative with a touch of fun thrown in through role play. On both occasions participating staff received very impressive personalised certificates. I would highly recommend First Class to other members
